• Price - Does it fit your budget?
• Size - Does it fit in the snack package?
• Shelf-life - Does the product have sufficient shelf-life at delivery?
• Shelf-stability - Is the product shelf-stable?
• Temperature tolerance - Can the product withstand temperature variations in the handling process?
• Special ingredient restrictions (ex. peanut-free) - Does the product meet your guidelines for ingredient restrictions?
• Variety - Does the product, when combined with other products you have selected, offer the passenger a variety of snacks (salty, sweet, etc.)?
